My Account
What's the difference between an Online Business Account and a Retail Account?
If you are a current Reinders business customer with a designated Reinders account number, then you may create an Online Business Account. Your accounts will be linked for a seamless online shopping experience.
If you are not a current Reinders customer or do not have a designated Reinders account number, then you may create a Retail Account or apply to become a Reinders Customer.
What if I forgot my password?
Click here for forgot password page. This will send you an email for you to reset your password. Remember: Once a password has been used, it cannot be used again. Also, passwords are case sensitive.
Online Business Account Features and Benefits
Can I see all of my orders with Reinders or just orders placed online?
When you log in to your Online Business Account, you will be able to see ALL of your orders placed with Reinders (in-store and online).
Can I print Invoices?
Yes. Under 'Orders/Pay My Bills', you can print copies of old orders.
What is the Quick Order Tool?
The Quick Order Tool offers three efficient ways for you to build a shopping cart.
- Search for a product by SKU or by name
- Enter multiple SKUs at once (separated by commas or paragraph)
- Import a CSV file with SKUs and quantities (sample spreadsheet)

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. Both the Company Admin and Master roles allow you to use your Online Business Account to access and pay your invoices, view order history, and pay on account via the Deposit tab. You can make online payments securely via ACH, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
Please note there is a 1% convenience fee charged to online and over-the-phone credit card payments for invoices on account.
What shipping addresses can I choose?
If you have shipping addresses associated with your Reinders Business Account, you will be able to chose from them at checkout. Don’t see the one you need? You can also add an address for an order and save it for future use.
What are ‘Order Contacts’?
Tired of typing in the same information for the ‘Contact’ field? Save your contact information for use during checkout to expedite the process.

What if I don’t see something for sale online?
If you do not see something for sale online, but you would like to order it, please place a note on your order and our customer service team will add it on. Not placing an order? Please call our customer service team and they will assist you 800-785-3301.
Can I order from any Reinders store location?
Yes. For pick up orders, you can select the Reinders location you would like to pick up from.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified online. You may cancel your order online as long as it has not been printed by our warehouse. Once it has been printed, you will not be able to cancel your order online. Please call customer service 800-785-3301 to modify or cancel your order.
What do the Territory Restrictions mean?
Reinders is a Distributor and must follow certain territory boundaries put in place by the manufacturer. If there is a note on a product that has a Territory Restriction, we are not allowed to ship outside of that area.
Shipping / Pick-Up
Can I cancel or modify an order?

Can I track my order online?
Not at this time. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What if I need to pick up my order at a certain time?
We like to be as accommodating as we can to our customers, so if you do need to pick up an order at a certain time, please make a note of it on your order, and we will do our best to have it ready for you!
Can my order be shipped Internationally?
Orders cannot be shipped internationally at this time.
What if my order is missing an item or my product is missing parts?
If there is no backorder or your product is missing parts, please call Customer Service (800-785-3301).
When will my order ship?
Standard shipping Orders that are placed before 2pm CT and are in stock will ship the same day.
Orders with items not in stock - Your order will ship as soon as it is in stock.
Reinders Truck delivery - Our Transportation Coordinator will call you to arrange delivery. Most deliveries are made within 3-5 business days.

Pricing and Billing
How do I see my pricing?
If you have an Online Business Account, you can sign in to see your custom pricing. If you are a Reinders customer but do not have an Online Business Account, click here to connect your accounts for a seamless online shopping experience.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of order shipment/pick-up. If your order is not complete at time of initial shipment/pick-up, your card will be charged for the complete order up front, and the remaining product will ship when it is ready.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Taxes will be calculated depending on the state an order is being shipped. If you are a Reinders customer and are tax exempt, taxes should not be calculated on your order.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.

Reinders Rewards
Who is eligible to participate in Reinders Rewards?
Any Reinders business customer* is eligible for Reinders Rewards. However, you must have an Online Business Account to view your points, access activities, and redeem points for rewards. If you need an Online Business Account, sign up here.
To be eligible to redeem points for rewards, you must meet the $5,000 minimum purchase requirement during the calendar year of the program.

How do I assign a Points Manager?
Complete the sign-up form on Reinders.com. Please allow 24-72 hours for a Reinders team member to review and approve your information.
There is one points manager per rewards account.
If you have questions or would like to change your Points Manager, contact rewards@reinders.com.
When do my points expire?
Points expire on December 31 of the following calendar year*. For example, any points earned in 2025 will expire on December 31, 2026.
To view your points expiration timeline, click “View Profile” in the Reinders Rewards dashboard, and then click “View Points Expiration.”
*Points earned through uploading photos and social media engagement will expire 365 days after points are awarded.
Are there any purchases that don’t qualify for points?
Most of our products – excluding commercial equipment, parts, service, and agency products – will qualify for Reinders Rewards. Additional restrictions may apply.
How many points do I earn on purchases?
You will earn (1) point for every dollar spent online and (1) point for every $4 spent in-store. Points are awarded upon payment of invoice.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your accrued points anytime by logging into your Reinders.com account and opening your rewards dashboard. You can access your dashboard through:
- Floating green button towards the bottom of your screen
- ‘My Rewards’ on the very top of your screen
- My Account
How do I sign up?
Joining the program is simple and free of charge. All Reinders business customers have been automatically enrolled as of January 1, 2025. You will need to designate one employee as your Points Manager. This individual will have the exclusive ability to redeem rewards points for your business.
How do I earn points?
You earn points with every dollar you spend online and in-store. Points are awarded upon payment of invoice.
You can also earn extra points by completing tasks, including:
- Submitting a testimonial
- Completing a survey
- Signing up for our newsletter
- And more!
How else can I earn points?
Beyond making purchases, points can be earned through various activities on Reinders.com including completing surveys, uploading jobsite photos, and submitting testimonials.
How do I redeem points?
Though you accrue points with every purchase, you must meet the minimum purchase requirement of $5,000 annually before you can redeem your points.
When you are ready to redeem your points, log into your Reinders.com account, visit the Rewards dashboard, select your desired rewards, and click “Redeem.”
Can I use my points for an account credit?
Yes. Any available points can be redeemed for an account credit which will be reflected on your Reinders account.
What happens if I need to change an order?
If you need to change your order, your points will increase or decrease accordingly. Points are calculated when your invoice is paid. If you return product(s), the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
Can my points be transferred to a manufacturer’s rewards program?
No. Reinders Rewards is not directly affiliated with any manufacturer rewards programs. However, there may be instances in which a special offer allows you to simultaneously earn points for both Reinders Rewards and a manufacturer’s rewards program.
