Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Warehouse Duties: Receive, store, and distribute products. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and inventory is maintained accurately.
• Customer Deliveries: Act as a backup driver to deliver our quality products to customers.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain records with precision.
• Shipping and Receiving: Safely load and unload products for shipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines.
• Use of Technology: Utilize various software systems to track orders and inventory.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain a DOT medical card is a plus.
• Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift operation experience is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Safe driving record with a strong focus on safety.

• Willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with miscellaneous warehouse duties.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice for incoming service calls
• Gather key information to ensure fast and accurate service
• Verify warranty coverage eligibility and ensure proper documentation
• Process and track purchase orders for supplies and sublet services
• Work closely with the parts department to coordinate parts for repairs
• Review and process warranty claims daily
• Organize and manage defective parts returns and vendor requests
• Support company-wide warranty tracking and vendor warranty statuses

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of customer service experience (automotive or service department strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
