Product Details
Main Event Dry Iron 6-0-0 is a premium chelated micronutrient formulation engineered to correct nutrient deficiencies and improve color in turfgrass, ornamentals, and landscape plantings. With 10% chelated iron and supporting levels of manganese, magnesium, sulfur, and zinc, this dry formulation uses a proprietary blend of five chelation technologies—including EDTA, EDDHA, and citrate—to ensure extended-release, soil-stable delivery regardless of soil pH. Designed for use on warm- and cool-season turf, trees, and greenhouse crops, it promotes uniform color, root development, and stress tolerance while being non-staining to concrete and equipment.
Key Features:
- Contains 10% fully chelated iron and 100% chelated micronutrients
- Corrects nutrient tie-up and adverse soil pH interactions
- Improves plant color, foliar development, and nutrient uptake
- Non-staining to concrete, equipment, and clothing
- Includes foliar and soil surfactants for optimal delivery
Guaranteed Analysis:
- Total Nitrogen (N): 6.00%
- 1.50% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
- 4.50% Urea Nitrogen
- Magnesium (Mg): 1.00% (Chelated)
- Sulfur (S): 8.00%
- Iron (Fe): 10.00% (Chelated)
- Manganese (Mn): 2.00% (Chelated)
- Zinc (Zn): 0.50% (Chelated)
Derived From:
Urea, Ammonium Sulfate, Iron EDTA, Iron EDDHA, Ferrous Citrate, Ferric Ammonium Sulfate, Manganese Citrate, Zinc Citrate, Magnesium Citrate
Non-Plant Food Ingredients:
- 0.025% Soil and foliar surfactant (polysodium triphosphate)
- 1.0% Complex carbohydrate matrix of plant starches and sugars (supports Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae)
Use Sites:
- Cool- and Warm-Season Turf (greens, tees, approaches, fairways)
- Nurseries and Greenhouses
- Trees and landscape ornamentals (soil injection or trunk drench)
- General agricultural crops (via foliar spray or fertigation)
Application:
- Turf (Tees, Greens, Fairways): 1.1–3.3 oz per 1,000 sq ft every 14–21 days
- Nursery/Greenhouse: 3–9 lbs per 100 gallons of spray solution to runoff
- Tree Drench: 1.1–3.3 oz per gallon, minimum 5 gallons per tree
- Fertigation/Agricultural: 3–9 lbs per acre via drip or foliar spray
