Product Details
Transom® 4.5 F Fungicide is a liquid flowable, systemic fungicide designed to provide broad-spectrum disease control for turfgrass and ornamental plants. Containing 46.2% thiophanate-methyl, Transom moves through the plant systemically to protect foliage, stems, and roots from fungal infections. It delivers both preventive and curative action against some of the most persistent diseases affecting landscapes, golf courses, nurseries, and interiorscapes. This professional-use product is ideal for warm- and cool-season turfgrass and is compatible with various application systems, including sprinkler irrigation and chemigation setups.

Application:
Apply Transom 4.5 F with properly calibrated ground or sprinkler equipment. For turf applications, use 2–5.33 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft depending on disease pressure and turfgrass type. Apply every 14–21 days as needed. For ornamental and horticultural uses, foliar spray rates range from 12–20 fl oz per 100 gallons of water. Ensure sufficient coverage by using 2–4 gallons of spray solution per 1,000 sq ft for turf.
Do not tank mix with highly alkaline pesticides. Use a spreader-sticker under high moisture conditions or when overhead irrigation is present.

- Ornamentals: 12–20 fl oz per 100 gallons of water

Precautions:
- Do not use on turf being grown for commercial sod production
- Do not apply through fixed-wing or rotary aircraft
- Harmful if swallowed or inhaled; causes moderate eye irritation
- PPE required: long-sleeved shirt, long pants, waterproof gloves, shoes plus socks
- REI: 12 hours per WPS for agricultural use

Storage & Disposal:
Store in original container in a dry area. Avoid contamination with food, feed, or water. Triple rinse containers before recycling or disposal. Do not reuse empty containers. Dispose of in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
