ProScape® 19-0-6 33% MESA® Confront® 3 & Dimension® contains MESA® for extended feeding. This product provides for the postemergence control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds, and preemergence control of annual grassy weeds and labeled broadleaf weeds (see label for a complete list), in established ornamental turf, lawns, golf courses, roadsides and cemeteries.

MESA® is a unique nitrogen source that combines ammonium sulfate with methylene urea in a single, homogeneous particle. The result is an extremely effective and controlled nitrogen source that produces consistent, dark green color without excessive growth. Unlike coated nitrogen technologies, MESA® does not lose its slow-release properties when cracked, chipped, crushed or broken.

Active Ingredient: Dimethylamine salt of 2,4-D, Triethylamine salt of triclopyr, Methylheptyl ester of fluroxypyr, Dithiopyr. Fertilizer ingredients derived from: Ammonium Sulfate, Methylene Ureas, Urea, Muriate of Potash.

Application

Established Lawns: Apply when broadleaf weeds are actively growing and prior to germination or tillering of annual grasses. Lebanon ProScape ® Fertilizer with Confront* 3 & Dimension may be applied as a single application, as a split application or as a sequential application in the spring, summer or fall as described in the following use programs. Use of split applications 5–10 weeks apart may provide improved weed control.
Newly Seeded Areas: When establishing a new lawn of Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass and/or tall fescue, this product may be applied 2 weeks after the first sign of grass germination. For other turfgrass varieties, wait until the grass is well established (3 mowings) before applying this product.

For optimum broadleaf weed control, apply to recently mowed turf when foliage is moist. When possible, delay mowing or irrigation for several days after treatment. The dithiopyr preemergent component in this product is not effective until activated by rainfall or irrigation. Performance is improved by 1/2" of rainfall or sprinkler irrigation within a 30 day period. Erratic weed control may result if not activated by rainfall or irrigation. Uniform coverage is essential for best results. Before each application, calibrate the spreader according to the equipment manufacturer’s directions. Avoid streaking, skips or overlaps. Adjust the spreader so the spreader delivers the appropriate application rate as recommended below.

Apply 152 to 218 LBS/ACRE (3.5 to 5 LBS/1,000 SQ FT) of Lebanon ProScape ® Fertilizer with Confront* 3 & Dimension to control actively growing broadleaf weeds and prevent germination of labeled annual grasses and broadleaf weeds growing in established turf. Broadleaf and grassy weed species germinate at different times. Only emerged weeds present at time of application are controlled.
Specific rate recommendations are based on the user’s location, the mowing height of the turfgrass, and whether the application timing is considered to be preemergence or early postemergence. The duration of residual weed control provided by this product is directly related to application rate, but will vary somewhat depending on weather,weed pressure, turfgrass competitiveness, and the users’ location within a region. Restrictions

• Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
• Do not use on grass species such as bentgrass or St. Augustinegrass unless injury can be tolerated. Use of this product on certain varieties of fine fescue may result in undesirable turf injury.
• Do not use this product on seedling buffalograss in the spring of the first year of establishment until the turfgrass is fully green and has established new roots.
• Do not use Lebanon ProScape ® Fertilizer with Confront* 3 & Dimension on golf course putting greens or tees.
• Avoid off target application. Applications should be made so as to avoid spreading material off target. Do not use this product where desirable clovers are present or apply (spread) the granules onto flowers, vegetables or ornamental shrubbery. Avoid getting granules in shrub bed or other areas where they may seriously injure susceptible plants. Do not apply to exposed suckers or roots of shallow rooted trees or shrubs. Do not exceed specified dosage for any area; be particularly careful within dripline of trees and other ornamental species.
• Do not contaminate domestic or irrigation waters. Do not apply on ditches used to transport irrigation water. Do not apply under conditions that may have a potential to run-off to surface water or adjacent land. Do not apply where runoff or irrigation water may flow onto susceptible crops as injury may result. Where possible, use methods that reduce soil erosion, such as slice seeding; these methods also reduce pesticide run-off. Use of vegetation filter strips is recommended along rivers, creeks, streams, wetlands, etc.
• Do not use clippings from treated areas for mulching vegetables or fruit trees
