Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 is an ideal liquid fertilizer to apply to alleviate stress to Poa annua (annual bluegrass) and to encourage root development.

Application

Greens, Tees and Fine Turf: To aid the recovery of stress to Poa annua (annual bluegrass) apply 3.0 -12.0 OZ of Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 with 1.5 - 2 GAL of water per 1,000 SQ FT (2.7 - 4.1 GAL of Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 with 66 - 88 GAL of water per ACRE) every 7 to 14 days throughout the growing season and irrigate immediately after application. This application shall provide 0.02 - 0.11 LB of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 SQ FT

Fairways, Roughs, Sports Turf and Lawns: Apply 2.7 - 3.7 GAL of Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 with 44 - 88 GAL of water per ACRE (8.0 - 11.0 OZ of Ammonium Polyphosphate 10-34-0 with 1 - 2 GAL of water per 1,000 SQ FT). Avoid applying during periods of extremely hot or dry weather. If applying rates higher than .10 LB of Nitrogen per 1,000 SQ FT, irrigate the area immediately and completely after application. Apply every 14 - 28 days throughout the growing season until phosphate levels are adequate. This application shall provide 0.07 - 0.10 LB of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 SQ FT

Aerification: Apply one week prior to aerification with a second application 1 to 2 days after aerification at the rate of 8.0 - 12.0 O per 1,000 SQ FT (2.7 - 4.1 GAL per ACRE). Irrigate thoroughly after application. This will aid in the recovery and “fill-in” of aerification holes. For maximum results, tank mix with AdamsEarth® Biostimulant.
