What’s the difference between Requesting a Login and Creating an Account?

If you are currently a Reinders Customer with a designated Reinders Account number, then you may request a login here. This way, we can link your current Reinders Account to your online login.

If you are not a current Reinders Customer, or do not have a designated Reinders Account number, then you may create an online credit card account or apply to become a Reinders Customer.

What if I forgot my password?

Click here for forgot password page. This will send you an email for you to reset your password. Remember: Once a password has been used, it cannot be used again. Also, passwords are case sensitive.


Features and Benefits of Having an Online Login Linked to Your Reinders Business Account

Can I see all of my orders with Reinders or just the ones I place online?

When you login to your Online account, you will be able to see ALL of your orders placed with Reinders, whether they were placed online or not.

Can I print Invoices?

Yes. Under your ‘Order History’, you can print copies of old orders

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. Use your login to access your invoices, pay those invoices online, access your order history, view product information and inventory, and place new orders online! Receive your bills electronically and view, group, sort, print, download, or pay invoices online. View your open invoices and account balance. You can make online payments securely via ACH, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

What is ‘My Top Products?’

‘My Top Products’ is a list of your most purchased items. You can see your pricing, check real time inventory, and add items to your cart without jumping from page to page.

What is a “Saved Cart”?

Saved carts give you the ability to create carts that can be easily added to your order and are saved until you delete them. Need a quote for a job? Create a saved cart and assign it the name of your project or customer.

What is the ‘Quick Order Pad’?

The Quick Order Pad is located under the ‘My Account’ section. This allows you to enter Reinders part numbers and quantities to quickly add items to your cart.

What shipping addresses can I choose?

If you have shipping addresses associated with your Reinders Business Account, you will be able to chose from them at checkout. Don’t see the one you need? You can also add an address for an order and save it for future use.

What are ‘Saved Order Contacts’?

Tired of typing in the same information for the ‘Contact’ field? Save your contact information for use during checkout to expedite the process.


General Features and Benefits

What is the 'Quick View'?

The quick view allows you to see a snapshot of a product without going to the individual product page. Simply click on the green plus icon located at the upper left of the product image. You’re able to view a short description of the item, your price, live inventory, and add it to your cart without leaving your search criteria.



What if I don’t see something for sale online?

If you do not see something for sale online, but you would like to order it, please place a note on your order and our customer service team will add it on. Not placing an order? Please call our customer service team and they will assist you 800-785-3301.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified online. You may cancel your order online as long as it has not been printed by our warehouse. Once it has been printed, you will not be able to cancel your order online. Please call customer service 800-785-3301 to modify or cancel your order.

Can I order from any Reinders store location?

Yes. For pick up orders, you can select the Reinders location you would like to pick up from.

What do the Territory Restrictions mean?

Reinders is a Distributor and must follow certain territory boundaries put in place by the manufacturer. If there is a note on a product that has a Territory Restriction, we are not allowed to ship outside of that area.

Where do I see my 1% discount?

The 1% discount is calculated in your shopping cart. There you will see the Online Discount showing the 1% discount.



Can I cancel or modify an order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified online. You may cancel your order online as long as it has not been printed by our warehouse. Once it has been printed, you will not be able to cancel your order online. Please call customer service 800-785-3301 to modify or cancel your order.

What if I need to pick up my order at a certain time?

We like to be as accommodating as we can to our customers, so if you do need to pick up an order at a certain time, please make a note of it on your order, and we will do our best to have it ready for you!

When will my order ship?

Standard shipping Orders that are placed before 2pm CT and are in stock will ship the same day.

Orders with items not in stock - Your order will ship as soon as it is in stock.

Reinders Truck delivery - Our Transportation Coordinator will call you to arrange delivery. Most deliveries are made within 3-5 business days.

Can I track my order online?

Not at this time. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can my order be shipped Internationally?

Orders cannot be shipped internationally at this time.

What if my order is missing an item or my product is missing parts?

If there is no backorder or your product is missing parts, please call Customer Service (800-785-3301).

Pricing and Billing

How do I see my pricing?

If you are a Reinders customer with an online login, you can sign-in to see your pricing. If you are a Reinders customer and do not have an online login yet, please click here to submit an application for a login.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Taxes will be calculated depending on the state an order is being shipped. If you are a Reinders customer and are tax exempt, taxes should not be calculated on your order.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of order shipment/pick-up. If your order is not complete at time of initial shipment/pick-up, your card will be charged for the complete order up front, and the remaining product will ship when it is ready.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
