EC Grow's Award Turf Fertilizer 20-0-8 with Acelepryn® delivers premium season-long insect control while providing balanced nitrogen nutrition. Formulated with 50% EPEC (polymer-coated urea), this granular fertilizer ensures slow-release nitrogen availability, enhancing turf health and resilience. Featuring 0.067% Chlorantraniliprole, a reduced-risk active ingredient recognized by the EPA, this product offers outstanding control of both surface and sub-surface insects such as white grubs, sod webworms, cutworms, and more—with a lower environmental footprint and longer residual than imidacloprid.

Application:

Apply early in the season for season-long control. Use drop-type, rotary-type, or hand-held application equipment. Irrigate immediately after application or allow rainfall to activate product. Ideal for turf on golf courses, athletic fields, residential lawns, and commercial landscapes.

Use Rates:

Apply 3.44 – 6.88 lbs per 1,000 sq ft, depending on pest pressure and turf density. Max application rate: 750 lbs per acre/year. For grub control, apply 150–300 lbs per acre based on desired duration and timing.

Precautions:

Wear long sleeves, pants, and gloves during application. Avoid eye contact and wash hands after handling. REI (Restricted Entry Interval) is 4 hours. Toxic to aquatic invertebrates—do not apply near water bodies or on saturated soil. Not for use in Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, or Queens Counties of NY.

Storage & Disposal:

Store in a dry, cool location away from children, pets, and food sources. Do not reuse container. Completely empty into application equipment and dispose in accordance with local regulations.
