Andersons DuoCide Post-Emergent Insecticide provides both preventative and curative control of a wide range of surface and subsurface pests in turf and ornamental settings. Featuring a dual-action formulation with bifenthrin and carbaryl, DuoCide effectively targets grubs, fire ants, chinch bugs, fleas, ticks, and more. Designed with Dispersible Granule (DG) Technology, each granule quickly dissolves into thousands of micro particles upon contact with water, enabling deep soil penetration and enhanced pest contact. This granular formulation also contains essential plant nutrients, offering additional turf and ornamental benefits.

Application:

DuoCide must be applied evenly to dry turf and immediately watered in for effective pest control. This product works by contact, so pests must be present at the time of application. Use equipment capable of delivering uniform coverage. Avoid drift, runoff, and application near water sources.

• Low Rate: 2 lbs per 1,000 sq ft
• Medium Rate: 4 lbs per 1,000 sq ft
• High Rate: 8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft
• Maximum for Ticks: 1.15 lbs per 1,000 sq ft

Use Rates:

• Apply 2–8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft based on pest pressure and target pest
• Maximum of 4 applications per year to lawns
• Minimum reapplication interval: 7 days

Storage & Disposal:

Store in original container in a dry, secure location away from food and feed. Dispose of empty bags in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Do not reuse container. Avoid contaminating water sources during storage or disposal.
