KF50+ Potassium Formate with Corrosion Inhibitor

What is it?

Non-chloride Potassium formate, 50% with corrosion inhibitors. A liquid de-icing solution that provides reliable performance while minimizing environmental impact unlike that of chloride, urea-nitrogen and/or glycol based formulations.

For Best Results

• Effective temperature -20F; do not use if temps abovefreezing or there’s rain in the forecast
• Post-Treat / De-Ice
• Mechanically clear as much ice and snow as possible before applying
• Apply evenly with vertical fan tip nozzle on pressurized liquid sprayer
• Apply when layers of ice and snow are ≤ the thickness of a piece of cardboard
• Repeat clearing and application after next snow accumulation
• 1 gallon covers 1,000 sq ft of surface area; increase as needed
• Store in areas protected from weather and direct sunlight
