Using the latest carboxamide technology, Xzemplar fungicide from BASF presents a new, quick-acting, broad-spectrum fungicide that offers curative dollar spot control.

Longer-lasting than traditional curative products, Xzemplar fungicide is powered by the next generation carboxamide— built off of experience with Boscalid, the active ingredient in Emerald fungicide from BASF— with enhanced systemic properties for fast, continuous protection.

Xzemplar’s Active Ingredient

Xzemplar uses the active ingredient Fluxapyroxad, a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI), to interfere with numerous essential fungal life functions such as spore germination, germ tube growth, and mycelium growth. Fluxapyroxad helps prevent wilts and other fungal infections by inhibiting the succinate dehydrogenase enzyme, thus stunting fungal growth.

Xzemplar is for use on turfgrass only, during warm season and cool season.
