Andersons 18-9-18 with Contec DG® and 60% MUtech® slow-release nitrogen is a premium turf fertilizer engineered for high-performance turf care. Featuring patented Dispersing Granule (DG) technology, each granule dissolves on contact with moisture, breaking into thousands of micro-particles that move swiftly through the turf canopy and into the soil. With 60% of nitrogen derived from MUtech methylene urea, this formulation delivers long-lasting feeding, excellent turf color, and reduced mower pickup—ideal for use on golf courses, athletic fields, and fine turf where nitrogen and potassium are both needed.

Controls:

This product is not a pesticide. It does not provide weed or pest control.

Application:

Apply to dry turf using a calibrated spreader. Water in immediately to disperse particles and move nutrients into the root zone. Avoid applying to wet or close-cut turf to prevent staining. Use throughout the growing season for consistent, even feeding. Best applied during cooler conditions or in split applications in warmer weather.

• Low Rate: 2.78 lbs/1,000 sq ft = 0.50 lb N/1,000 sq ft
• Medium Rate: 5.56 lbs/1,000 sq ft = 1.00 lb N/1,000 sq ft
• 40 lb Bag Coverage: 7,100 – 14,300 sq ft

Precautions:

Contains iron, which may stain concrete. Do not apply near driveways, sidewalks, or stone surfaces. Sweep or blow off granules immediately. Do not wash with water. Avoid application during heavy rain or near water drainage areas. Use only clean, dry equipment. Keep out of reach of children and pets until product is watered in and dry.

Storage & Disposal:

Store in a dry, cool area. Reseal opened bags. Do not leave unused product in spreaders. Dispose of packaging and unused material in accordance with local regulations.
