SpeedZone® Southern EW Broadleaf Herbicide for Turf features an advanced emulsion in water formulation that provides the same rapid broadleaf weed control that made SpeedZone Southern Herbicide an industry favorite. SpeedZone Southern EW delivers visible activity in hours, with weed death occurring within 7-14 days. And SpeedZone Southern EW does it with a lower odor profile and lower Volatile Organic Contents (VOC) compared to original SpeedZone Southern.

Application

0.7-2.2 OZ/1000 SQ FT (2-6 PT/ACRE)

Spring and fall treatments are preferred to summer treatments for older, drought-stressed weeds. Fall applications will control emerged winter annuals and perennials such as henbit, chickweed, clover, and ground ivy.

If dry conditions exist, irrigation 24 HRS before and 24 HRS after the application will increase weed control.

For newly seeded areas: Delay application until after the second mowing.

For newly sodded, sprigged, or plugged areas: Delay application for 3-4 weeks.

Reseeding Interval: Treated areas may be reseeded 1 week after application.

Mowing: Delay mowing 2 days before and 2 days after application.

Restriction

For ground application only; aerial applications are not permitted. Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.

Do not allow livestock to graze on any areas treated with this product.

Do not apply this product to bare ground.

Do not formulate this product into other end-use products.

Do not apply to golf course greens.
