Leemco - Quick Coupling Valve Stabilizer for 3/4” and 1” Quick Couplers

The Leemco Stabilizer securely attaches to the base of the Quick Coupling Valve. It’s wide and extended wings, packed in the soil prevent the valve from rotating or moving in the vertical plane.

Installation is a snap. The Stabilizer slips on the hex portion of the Quick Coupling Valve much the same way as an open end wrench. A single stainless steel bolt securely fastens the stabilizer to the valve body.

The Stabilizer is designed to fit virtually all 3/4” and 1” (LS-120) and 1-1/2” (LS-150) Quick Coupling Valves including the round L.R. Nelson types. It can be installed without having to remove the Quick Coupling Valve from the swing joint or pipe.

Corrosion is not a problem because all Leemco Stabilizers are constructed of durable ductile iron with a fusion bonded epoxy coating to protect against high corrosive soil conditions.

Specification

All quick coupling valves shall be restrained with cast ductile iron restrainers that attach securely to the base of the valve. Restrainer shall make contact with the hex flats of the valve and be secured by a single bolt. Stabilizer shall prevent rotation and vertical motions. All stabilizers shall be manufactured by Leemco, Inc., U.S.A.
