19" Soil Probe with Tee Handle and Screw-On Tip

The Compact One-Piece Soil Probe is a small, one-piece probe, measuring 19" long. The 8" handle is comfortable to hold and welded on to the soil tube so there are no parts to remove, making it easy to grab and go. As a single unit it's incredibly durable, and comes with a replaceable, screw-on Regular Soil Tip. Other screw-on tips are available for different types of soil.

Takes a core sample approximately 15" long by 3/4" in width (outer diameter of the probe is 15/16"). The tube is designed to eliminate friction in the tube after cutting the sample. It has a non-clogging design with a cut-out in the front to allow for easy soil removal, visual soil profile inspection, and cleaning. The sample is unloaded from the tube without binding or compacting. It is marked at 6" intervals to indicate sampling depth.
