Nufarm Imazuron™ Herbicide is a non-selective, season-long bareground weed control solution for industrial sites, utility areas, railroads, and other non-crop locations where complete vegetation suppression is necessary. With one application, Imazuron provides effective knockdown and residual control of more than 150 annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds, vines, and brush species. Its water-dispersible granule formulation ensures consistent spray coverage and prevents equipment clogging, making it ideal for large-scale applications. Imazuron is an excellent tank-mix partner with other Nufarm herbicides to expand the control spectrum across challenging environments.

Controls

Nufarm Imazuron controls over 150 species including:

• Grassy Weeds: Barnyardgrass, crabgrass, johnsongrass, sand dropseed, vaseygrass
• Broadleaf Weeds: Kochia, lambsquarters, pigweed, ragweed, velvetleaf
• Vines: Kudzu, greenbriar, morningglory, trumpetcreeper, Virginia creeper

Application & Use Rates

Apply Imazuron as a broadcast spray in water using properly calibrated equipment. Uniform application ensures optimal coverage and long-lasting results.

• Rainfall <15 inches/year: 7–10 lbs/acre
• Rainfall 15–35 inches/year: 8–13 lbs/acre
• Rainfall >35 inches/year: 13–19 lbs/acre
• Minimum 5 lbs/acre if tank mixed with another herbicide
• Do not exceed 7 lbs/acre for retreatments in the same season
