Position Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and dependable individual to join our Warehouse Team at the Sussex, WI location.
Reinders, Inc. is a family owned Distribution Company established in 1866, headquartered in Sussex, WI with 200 employees and 12 locations across the Midwest.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process outgoing orders for shipment
  • Input shipping documents for all carriers
  • Receive and process incoming shipments
  • Unload and load vehicles, ranging from a customer’s personal vehicle to a semi trailer, at ground level or through dock doors
  • Must be able to operate a forklift
  • Stock material and assign bin locations
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards
  • Present a professional and supportive hand to all customers – internal and external
  • Maintain a high level of punctuality and regular attendance

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs., regularly
  • Ability to become fork lift certified

Position Description

The Territory Manager is responsible to achieve annual sales/profit goals thru fulfilling customer needs by efficient management of their assigned territory. They are required to prospect for, cultivate and call-on assigned accounts, as well as identify influencers and oversee these relationships for the betterment of market share and profit. Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness and continuous improvement through feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle.

Position Description

Reinders, Inc. is a leading distributor of solutions and supplies to the green industry and has a full time employment opportunity in our Plymouth, MN facility. We are seeking to fill the role of Customer Service/Delivery Driver. It entails aspects of sales and operations.

The ideal candidate should be driven to offer quality customer service. Aspects of sales activities are: inside sales, order entry, pulling customers orders, quoting as well as order follow-thru. Operational duties will include: stocking product, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, facility cleanliness, merchandising upkeep, inventory control, and opening/closing of service center. Additional responsibilities are: salesperson support, paperwork processing, delivery assignments (generally during Reinders’ peak sales season). Regular attendance is an essential function of this Job.

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years experience in irrigation, landscaping, nursery, related distribution or retail sales
  • Clean driving record and ability to fulfill requirements set forth in Reinders’ Driver Safety Program
  • Able to multi-task, while handling details and prioritizing a changing workload
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
