Position Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional mechanical/technical and troubleshooting skills to join our service team at the Sussex, WI location. This position will include completion of repairs for both commercial and consumer products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on commercial and consumer products.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on small gas and diesel engines, as well as machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
  • Set up new equipment per manufacturer and customer specifications.
  • Complete SRO (Service Repair Order) for each repair or set-up.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain the five Toro certifications through on the job training, using the Toro training system, to become a Master Technician.
  • Ability to manually or, with use of fork truck, move heavy equipment.
  • Work as a team player to maintain or increase the overall productivity and efficiency of the service team.

Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures.
  • Must provide and maintain own tools.
  • Knowledge of turf equipment desired.
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to become fork lift certified.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Plans, organizes and oversees all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field, preferred.
  • Career history that shows steady progression in HR Management and leadership for the last 7+ years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Superior analytic and problem-solving abilities — to identify discrete issues, obtain and evaluate relevant information, define and assess options, and implement solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building, team-building and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of ADP payroll software preferred.
  • Readily adaptable to the corporate culture and company objectives.
  • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Education or GED Equivalent.
  • Class A driver’s license with a driving record free of any major violations.
  • Comply with federal DOT guidelines by acquiring and maintaining a valid, federal medical card.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
  • Experience operating forklifts and electric/manual pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Reinders, Inc. is a leading distributor of solutions and supplies to the green industry and has a full time employment opportunity in our Plymouth, MN facility. We are seeking to fill the role of Customer Service. It entails aspects of sales and operations.

The ideal candidate should be driven to offer quality customer service. Aspects of sales activities are: inside sales, order entry, pulling customers orders, quoting as well as order follow-thru. Operational duties will include: stocking product, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, facility cleanliness, merchandising upkeep, inventory control, and opening/closing of service center.
