Job Summary:

The purpose of the Delivery Driver is to transport orders of equipment, materials, and supplies. This position will typically operate straight trucks, box trucks, burros, flat beds, and pallet jacks. The routes range from local to interstate and home nightly; rare occasions may result in an overnight stay. This position will maintain an electric logbook of driving activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations and keep records of vehicle inspections. This position includes some warehouse duties of loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining the warehouse.

Essential Job Duties :

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of relevant driving experience.

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Ability to verbally communicate information with other employees and customers.

Other Qualifications:

  • Qualify as fit for duty under federal DOT guidelines by holding a federal medical card.
  • Must have a valid Class B CDL driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Requires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift, electric, and manual pallet jack.
  • Must be able to acclimate to various temperatures and driving conditions.
  • Ability to read maps.

Job Summary:

As an Operations Assistant you will manage and track the demonstration and used equipment fleet for our Wisconsin and Illinois locations. This position will monitor, update, and distribute weekly/monthly department reports to the sales team. Annually collect vendor pricing, request new product setup in business system, assist in scheduling products for weekly transfer, enter extended warranty plans, assist in equipment ordering, track, and manage of inventory levels, and monitor open vendor PO’s. Additional duties include occasional warehouse responsibilities such as unloading, receiving, and putting goods into proper bin locations.

Education and/or Experience :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum one to three years related administrative experience.

Other Qualifications:

Position Summary:

The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative will be on the front line working with customers by taking orders, answering questions, and expediting deliveries. Partnering with the outside sales group and our fulfillment teams, the Customer Service Representative accurately enters sales orders in person, over the phone, or electronically.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the customer relationship including pricing, order entry, fulfillment processes, order status information, inventory levels/reporting, shipment notification, coordination/consolidation of shipments, handling customer complaints, and correcting order and billing errors.
  • Perform a variety of duties to assist customers by answering questions, identifying their needs and preferences related to merchandise, and interacting with other departments as required.
  • Enter sales orders, data, product, warehouse records, and other computer entry as needed.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and orders by managing the customer order pick-up process. This could include unpacking orders received from manufacturers, picking orders, staging orders for shipment, and managing the payment transactions.
  • Develop knowledge of the Reinders product line offerings and options to solicit business, make recommendations, upsell, or suggest alternatives to customers.
  • Use knowledge of customer buying patterns or as directed by Reinders management, contact customers to promote and secure Reinders orders of products, promotions, and services.
  • Actively participate in training opportunities for new and existing products, systems, and sales.
  • Work with Reinders management to identify the appropriate products and optimal inventory levels for the showroom selling floor. Adjust and maintain inventory levels appropriate for the season by transitioning the showroom from one season to another.
  • Participate in cross-training initiative across divisions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

The environment is primarily an office/service center setting, with occasional visits to the warehouse. The noise level is moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near equipment such as pallet jacks, delivery trucks, and lawn/turf equipment.

Job Summary:

Part time position available. Looking for candidates available to work 6-8 hours per day, 3 days per week.

The Warehouse/Delivery Driver supports overall warehouse operations. This position will load and unload trucks, move bulk materials, process inbound and outbound orders, and put away products in proper locations in the warehouse. Will also utilize a forklift to perform product distribution in the warehouse and loading of trucks. Additionally, will assist with delivery driving to transport orders of equipment, materials, and supplies.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Load and unload orders, stock inventory, and maintain the warehouse.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload vehicles.
  • Stock material on shelving, pallet racking, or necessary area and assign bin locations.
  • Maintain inventory control by checking incoming order counts and comparing to stock.
  • Assist customers by loading purchased products into their vehicles.
  • Utilize a computer for data entry to support shipping, receiving, and order look ups.
  • Acquire and develop knowledge of all Reinders products and services.
  • Occasionally deliver orders to appropriate customers and maintain appropriate Tier driver status.
  • Keep a clean environment through sweeping, collecting trash, and floor scrubbing.
  • Maintain safety by following organization standards.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one-year related warehouse experience.

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with occasional time spent outdoors. The noise level is usually moderate. Steel-toed shoes are required in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near or with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and trucks.
