We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Specialist to join our company and assist with order entry and order entry review. To be successful in this role, you should have prior Infor SXe experience. You will have some flexibility with your work hours, but mornings will work best. Additional hours over the weekend will be available and those can be remote and on your timetable.

The primary area that you will work is with Inside Sales, however, you will assist other areas as needed.

Summary:

Your job will be to prepare and fulfill orders fast and correctly so we can provide high-quality customer service. Material Handlers are integral warehouse workers. The main material handler duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise according to specific customer requirements. As a Material Handler, you’ll monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. You should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Some physical strength is required since you may often need to lift packages by hand. If you’re reliable and fast on your feet, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards.
  • Load and unload pallets.
  • Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, etc.
  • Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
  • Pull material to fulfill orders properly.
  • Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position.
  • Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Ability to become forklift certified.
  • Availability to occasionally work overtime.
  • High school diploma.
