Job Summary:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for compiling and executing inbound and outbound shipments of products and materials. The primary focus of this position is picking and packing orders, as well as processing ground parcel shipments. This is an entry level opportunity for either an experienced warehouse working, or employees looking to gain experience in a warehouse setting.

  • Prepare orders by pulling materials, pack boxes, stack on pallets, and stage for shipment.

Job Summary:

The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing tier 1 help desk and desktop support services. The position will assist with software, hardware and application support, setting up new users (desktops/laptops/tablets/smartphones/printers), installing and troubleshooting Windows OS, working with Active Directory/Office 365, and installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.

Position Summary:

Reinders, Inc. is looking for an eCommerce / Digital Marketing professional to help coordinate, organize, and implement eCommerce and Digital Marketing project tasks to help grow online sales. Job Summary:

The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator position will help support a successful and growing eCommerce business model and in-house digital marketing team.

Approximately 50% of your week will consist of working closely with our eCommerce Manager to help optimize and maintain new and existing product information through the PIM platform. This role is essential to keep products (descriptions, title, images, specs, etc.) accurate and up to date. Additional responsibilities include site search engine optimization and related maintenance tasks of our eCommerce websites.

Approximately 50% of your week will involve working closely with our Digital Marketing Team to help coordinate the production of weekly and monthly email promo and newsletter campaigns. Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be on the front line working with customers by taking orders, answering questions, and expediting deliveries. Partnering with the outside sales group and our fulfillment teams, the Inside Sales Representative accurately enters sales orders in person, over the phone, or electronically.

Will be performing small engine overhaul and repairs on gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems work, welding and painting, minor repair and maintenance on Reinders’ vehicles, and assists in maintenance of shop tools and equipment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on commercial and consumer products.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on small gas and diesel engines, as well as machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
    • Set up new equipment per manufacturer and customer specifications.
    • Complete Service Repair Orders (SRO) for each repair or set-up.
    • Willingness and ability to obtain the five Toro certifications through on the job training and the Toro training system.
    • Provide and maintain their own tools.
    • Maintain their work area and shared shop tools in a clean and safe working order.

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach overhead, lift, push, and pull. The employee must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs. and perform lifting of 75 lbs. with assistance.

    Work Environment:

    Work is performed in a maintenance shop environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Steel-toed shoes are required in the maintenance shop. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works with a variety of tools and near or with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and trucks.

    Position Summary:

    The purpose of the Delivery Driver is to transport orders of equipment, materials, and supplies. The Delivery Driver will operate a flat-bed truck, box truck, and pick-up truck. This position includes some warehouse duties of loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining the warehouse.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Deliver orders to appropriate customers and maintain Tier driver status.
    • Load and unload delivery trucks with customer orders. This may entail operating a forklift.
    • Assist with mapping of delivery routes.
    • Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
    • Ensure that vehicle certificates and licenses are current.
    • Perform light maintenance on delivery vehicles.

    Description of other duties that may be assigned

    • Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting the completion of other work activities.
    • Assist with facility cleanliness by maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Work Environment:

    Work is primarily performed on the road in one of the company delivery vehicles. The employee will work outside occasionally while delivering goods. There will be occasional work in a warehouse and store setting. The noise level is usually moderate. The employee will occasionally work near equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and lawn/turf equipment.
