Summary:

We are currently seeking a Top Level Service Technician for our Mundelein service center. This individual will perform all types of mechanical repairs and maintenance work on commercial products. A minimum of 7 years in repair of electronically controlled hydraulics is required.

Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years in repair of electronically controlled hydraulics is required.
  • Experience using laptop computer to diagnose failures.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and commitment to perform quality repairs in a fast paced environment a must.
  • Able to work without supervision and deliver on expectations.
  • Experience with turf equipment maintenance is a definite plus.
  • Prefer Fluid Power Certified Techs.
  • Clean driving record needed for mobile position.

Summary:

Our business is growing and we are currently seeking a Credit and Collection Analyst to join our accounts receivable team at our corporate headquarters in Sussex, WI.

This individual will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. This individual will at times perform new account set-up and maintenance, credit reviews as well as backing up the cash application process.

  • Review open accounts for collection efforts.
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  • Resolve client-billing problems and account discrepancies for resolution.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • File completed/reconciled paperwork.
  • Provides professional customer service.
  • Back-up the cash application process.
  • Review accounts for updating credit limits on an on-going basis.
  • Performs new account set-up and maintenance as needed.

Background:

  • Associates Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Proficient use of computer - Outlook, Excel, Word and other software.
  • Ability to stay on task in a busy environment and prioritize workload as needed.
  • Attention to detail and persistence to follow-up with outstanding items to ensure timely processing.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills as well as a clean driving record to join our Buffalo Grove, IL team. As a member of the BG team, the majority of the workday will be spent making deliveries in a company provided vehicle. This position will require you to load/unload the vehicle and the ability to lift 50-80 lbs. on a regular basis. This position is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. but would consider part-time status for the right candidate.

Background:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record and a class C driver’s license
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively
