Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Inside Sales team at our Plymouth, MN location. As a member of the Plymouth team, you will also help with shipping and receiving, merchandising, and perhaps a delivery during our busy season.
Partnering with the outside sales and the fulfillment team, the customer service rep makes sure the customer needs are exceeded.

Background

  • Two years customer service experience desired.
  • Green industry (golf course/landscape/irrigation) retail (nurseries) or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive forklift.

Position Description

Reinders, Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated person to fill a full-time sales position selling Toro commercial and Allied products to the Sports Field and Grounds and Golf industries in the northern Illinois geographic region. This position will require product demonstrations of truck, trailer and equipment.

You must have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license and ability to drive several hours each day along with pulling a trailer. This position does require the ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

Position Description

Compile and execute inbound and outbound shipments

Job Duties:

  • Prepare orders by pulling materials; packing boxes; stacking on pallets; staging for shipment
  • Unloading & loading of vehicles anything from a car to a semitrailer at ground level or dock doors
  • Enter shipping documents for all carriers
  • Verify inbound material to packing list and perform necessary entry to perform receiving
  • Stock material on shelving, pallet racking or necessary area and assign bin locations
  • Maintain inventory control by performing counts and comparing to stock
  • Keep a clean environment thru sweeping, taping, collecting of trash and floor scrubbing
  • Maintain safety by following organization standards
  • Present a professional and supportive hand to all customers – internal and external
  • Other duties related to daily operations

Physical Activities:

  • Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80# on occasion
  • Operate a forklift, electric lift, cherry picker, electric and manual pallet jack
  • Will require walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching overhead, lifting, pushing and pulling
  • Standing for periods of time may occur

  • Reading, counting and writing

Position Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional mechanical/technical and troubleshooting skills to join our service team at the Sussex, WI location. This position will include completion of repairs for both commercial and consumer products.
Reinders, Inc. is a family owned Distribution Company established in 1866, headquartered in Sussex, WI with 200 employees and 12 locations across the Midwest.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on commercial and consumer products.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on small gas and diesel engines, as well as machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
  • Set up new equipment per manufacturer and customer specifications.
  • Complete SRO (Service Repair Order) for each repair or set-up.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain the five Toro certifications through on the job training, using the Toro training system, to become a Master Technician.
  • Ability to manually or, with use of fork truck, move heavy equipment.
  • Work as a team player to maintain or increase the overall productivity and efficiency of the service team.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures.
  • Must provide and maintain own tools.
  • Knowledge of turf equipment desired.
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to become fork lift certified.
