The job of delivery driver reports directly to the Store Manager and is done for the purpose of transporting orders of equipment, materials and supplies. It includes some warehouse duties of loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory and maintaining warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders to appropriate customers and maintain Tier driver status.
  • Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle.
  • Ensure that vehicle certificates and licenses are current.
  • Perform light maintenance on company vehicle.
  • Load and unload customer orders. This may entail driving a forklift.
  • Assist with delivery routing.

Marginal Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
  • Assist with facility cleanliness – maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to acclimate to various temperatures and driving conditions.

Coordinates daily store operations. This position will also partake in customer service, inside sales, and warehouse responsibilities along with primary job duties. Store Coordinator reports directly to the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage open order report making sure product is on order and customer is contacted when product arrives.
  • Maintain non-stock report, calling customers and/or shipping product within the first five days of product arrival.
  • Oversee the unavailable report to make sure warranty claims are filed in a timely manner to ensure receiving full credit.
  • Shipping and receiving product daily, which includes: checking open purchase orders, open return merchandise purchase orders, warehouse transfers and stock orders outgoing.
  • Stock material on shelving, pallet racking or necessary area and assign bin locations.
  • Maintain inventory control by performing counts, comparing to stock and entering necessary adjustments.
  • Pulling will call and pickup orders. Loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain safety by following organization standards.
  • Present a professional and supportive hand to all customers – internal and external.
  • Build positive relationships with customers providing excellent customer service through greeting, reporting and follow-up regularly.
  • Other duties related to daily sales and operations: coordinate deliveries, scheduling for the staff, to do list and general activities.

  • Operate a forklift, electric lift, electric and manual pallet jack.
  • Ability to perform long periods of standing.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail is important to discern discrepancies.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at our Olathe, KS location. As a member of the Olathe team, you will build positive relationships with our customers, process inside sales transactions, enter orders, provide quotes, and assist with delivery routing. In addition, you will help with shipping and receiving, merchandising and likely make occasional deliveries during our busy season. You will also perform daily store opening and closing procedures.

You must be punctual and have regular attendance. Hours vary by season between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
