Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills as well as a clean driving record to join our team. You will deliver, and pick-up freight as required and assist with loading and unloading trucks. As a member of the Kansas team, you will also help with merchandising and customer service.

Background

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Class A Driver’s License with a driving record free of any major violations.
  • Comply with Federal DOT guidelines by acquiring and maintaining a valid, federal medical card.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
  • Experience operating forklifts and electric/manual pallet jacks or similar equipment.

As a member of the BG team, the majority of the workday will be spent making deliveries in a company provided vehicle. This position will require you to load/unload the vehicle and the ability to lift 50-80 lbs. on a regular basis. This position is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. but would consider part-time status for the right candidate.

OVERVIEW:

Reinders, Inc. is seeking a talented self-starter to join our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager. In order to help us drive our ambitious ecommerce goals, this position requires a unique skill mix of marketing, project management, strategy development, execution and coordination in working with internal clients and external partners. They will also be a goal-oriented team leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, where flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness are required for success.

The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, measurement and day to day responsibilities of select Reinders, Inc. properties’ digital and web-based content and marketing campaigns. They will play an integral role in the development of new marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of digital marketing areas, including paid search, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO analytics along with experience or direct exposure to offline marketing methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB RELATED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Play a critical role in the planning, execution or oversight of online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Oversee, develop and/or execute digital marketing activities in social, search, email, display and other channels for acquisition, engagement and retention efforts.
  • Develop, lead and/or execute new email marketing strategies and tactics for effective list management, engagement, growth and retention for existing web site brands.
  • Oversee paid search agency and team members in the achievement of meeting or exceeding target ROI.
  • Provide Brand marketing ownership for multiple digital brands, developing campaign strategic and tactical plans and performing execution.
  • Perform conceptualization/ideation for campaigns and manage campaign development from concept through launch including development of concept briefs with campaign objectives, copy and/or design guidance and relevant background information when necessary for design/creative team.
  • Advise and manage the selection of new vendors as appropriate to service marketing needs.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing timelines, gathering resources and communicating the execution plan within internal and external teams.
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting of campaign performance using reporting tools.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and utilize tools to drive improvement/optimization efforts.
  • Manage trade show and event planning.
  • Guide, advise and project manage other marketing team members in areas of responsibility for campaign planning, brand management, association management, social management and offline marketing planning.
  • Continuously advance knowledge of emerging techniques, channels and technology for potential use.
  • Assist with or lead in the definition/enhancement of the marketing calendar for Reinders’ properties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent digital marketing work experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing work experience preferably with a significant B2B or B2C online business
  • 3-5 years of experience in defining and managing email marketing programs
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing PPC/PLA/Shopping search engine ad programs and optimizing
  • Experience with other forms of digital marketing including SEO, Social Media (including paid ads) and Affiliate Marketing and developing integrated campaign plans
  • A track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and/or conversion with ROI focused metrics
  • Highly creative with experience ideating—leading to the development of effective digital assets and campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Exposure or direct experience with offline marketing programs utilizing print advertising
  • Familiarity with planning events
  • Solid understanding and experience using web analytics, ad tracking and campaign optimization technologies/techniques plus logic and basic analysis skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail yet can see a bigger picture
  • Skilled at planning, organizing and leading multiple projects or activities at the same time
  • Curious, with a desire to continuously learn and expand knowledge
  • Achievement oriented--driven to set and achieve measurable goals
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel
