Summary:

We are currently seeking a Service Technician. This individual will perform all types of mechanical repairs and maintenance work on commercial products. They will also perform small engine overhaul and repairs on gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems work, welding and painting, and minor repair and maintenance on Reinders' vehicles as needed.

Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Evidence of specialized education in gas/diesel maintenance and repair.
  • Minimum one year service technician experience.
  • Experience with turf equipment maintenance is a definite plus.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you act as a liaison between Reinders, Inc. and the company’s accounts in assigned territory. Primary focus is to increase sales volume within the assigned region by developing key relationships and focusing on maintaining a positive customer experience.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with sales management, marketing, product development, and customer service, while maintaining a positive relationship with a specific product manager for each account.

Background:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Windows environment including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Prior experience in landscape, nursery or related fields
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to analyze and present data using communication techniques that demonstrate expertise on company products and market conditions.

This individual will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial/tax reporting; development of the annual budget and operational performance analysis and metrics; and perform monthly and quarterly analysis of financial results to support business decision making.

Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA is a plus.
  • Strong inventory experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of large ERP systems and report writing. Infor SXe experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of employees.

  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures.
