Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Lawn Care Territory Manager for the Kansas/Missouri team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Reinders, Inc. and the company’s accounts in assigned territory. Primary focus is to increase sales volume within the assigned region by developing key relationships and focusing on maintaining a positive customer experience.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with sales management, marketing, product development, and customer service, while maintaining a positive relationship with a specific product manager for each account.

Background:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Windows environment including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Prior experience in turf or related fields
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to influence and negotiate
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Ability to analyze and present data using communication techniques that demonstrate expertise on company products and market conditions

The Store Manager will execute the company's operational objectives and strategies to protect the store's assets and ensure efficiencies.

Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three plus years’ experience in irrigation, landscaping, lawn care, nursery, related distribution or management in retail sales
