Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Product/Sales specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide product management support, work with our sales and customer service teams, and manage/develop key accounts. You will demonstrate knowledge of our product lines and pricing to our teams and customers by providing informed buying choice solutions. Ultimately, contributing to increasing sales, creating and maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Product sales specialists can work with clients, sales staff and product development teams. serve as a conduit between those who create products and those who buy them. Their role commonly involves developing sales strategies, working to expand their customer base and maintaining business relationships with clients. They may work on the front lines as the public face of their company and spend a lot of time meeting with clients and potential clients. In addition, they can be involved in negotiating sales contracts and may also be responsible for teaching customers how to use the products that they've purchased.

These specialists may also meet with clients prior to a product's delivery and help establish their specific needs. They convey these requirements to their company so that they can ensure customer satisfaction. Their work can also involve market research and reviewing information to identify areas of potential sales growth. They may participate in setting goals, training other sales staff and developing tactics to achieve sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Majority of the work day will be making deliveries in a company provided vehicle.
  • Pulling customer orders and loading them onto the delivery vehicle.
  • Delivering orders to jobsite/customer shop and offload by hand and/or forklift.

  • Serve as a liaison between store staff and customers.

  • Communicate effectively with store staff and store manager regarding inventory needs and vehicle concerns, if they arise.

Background:

  • High School Education or GED Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's licence and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures.
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service experience desired.

Reporting to and working closely with our CIO, this position will lead our marketing, design/dev, and eCommerce teams. This cross-functional, senior role will be at the forefront of positive digital and technical change within the organization and participate in planning and execution of corporate goals aimed at enhancing Reinders.com and our digital business company-wide.

The Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing will be directly responsible for the strategic planning and tactical execution of digital and traditional solutions which result in overall company growth and enhancement of Reinders’ brand and our customer’s experience – both online and offline.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively delivering corporate vision through results-driven strategies and goals

Key Skillsets Required:

  • Technical eCommerce and digital marketing skills: Owns technical eCommerce and marketing initiatives (on-page / back-end implementation; page speed analysis; Google Analytics tag management / configuration / conversion tracking; APIs; AMP; schema; crawlable site structure and on-page practice; landing page creation / implementation; Data Studio).
  • SEO expertise: Tracks and identifies high-converting keywords (via Google Analytics, Search Console, ahrefs, SEMRush and other tools as needed). Leads execution of on- and off-page optimization projects expeditiously; ensures upkeep of business listings / local SEO.
  • Paid Media experience: Recommends paid strategy and tactics from research and campaign set up to execution and reporting on ROI. Executes, oversees Google Ads / Amazon / social growth campaigns.
  • Email execution: Leads the team to conceive, create, execute 1:1 and monthly email marketing. Optimizes. Approves. Deploys.
  • Data-driven insight: Drives the concept and creation of executive-level dashboards; reports on Reinders digital activity monthly, 1:1 and promo, email, newsletter, campaign revenue and effectiveness. Actionable, insightful data that demonstrates results.

Additional Attributes:

  • Demonstrated results of increasing revenues and profitability online (B2B experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding, including experience with how to optimize for speed, data connectivity via API integrations, JavaScript / HTML / CSS.
  • Ability to lead, mentor/coach, and motivate staff to execute goals and achieve results.
  • A level of entrepreneurship which stays abreast of industry trends and can set a vision and develop a plan, create a process to execute on that plan, and influence and inspire others to believe in it.
  • Solid grasp and support of effective marketing strategies which focus on the full buyer journey.
  • Keen eye for creative, which allows us to continuously advance our brand in the best way, and a strong understanding of UX, merchandising and digital production.
  • Ability to pair site design and functionality to strategic objectives, and the ability to use data to inform and support assumptions, ideas and recommendations.
  • Detail oriented and organized. Project status reporting at an executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Associates / Bachelors and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst who will support the preparation of GAAP financial statements, contribute to the timely completion and analysis of financial results and accounting transactions, participate in an efficient close process and understand the internal and external requirements to ensure accurate reporting.

Essential Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statement, budgets and other management reports.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and record journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations and make necessary corrections to ensure the accuracy of our accounting system.
  • Monthly expense variance analysis.
  • Assist with the coordination of annual physical inventory/cycle counting program.
  • Prepare schedules to support year-end financial audit.
  • Provide accounting support to branch locations.
  • Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and enforcement of capitalization policy.
  • Preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns.
  • Responsible for company vehicle registrations and compliance reporting.
  • Manage certificate of insurance process.
  • Analyze current procedures and recommend changes to develop and implement best practices.

Essential Duties

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years accounting experience including the month-end process.
  • Experience working in a large ERP system.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, project management and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
