Offset downspout tile adapters offer a smoother transition from downspout to drain tile, because most drain tiles are "offset" from the structure. Like all Multi Fittings products, this adapter is crush, corrosion and abrasion resistant (even in high-velocity flow sewers) and won’t pull apart even under tremendous tensile loads. It also offers secure, leak-proof joints via solvent welds for SDR 35 pipe.

Multi Fittings - 4" PVC Sewer Sanitary Tee H x H x H
A sanitary tee allows liquids to drain while also allowing the plumbing system to vent. The fitting resembles a normal tee, but has a downward sweep to the center inlet. The sanitary tee should be used when joining a horizontal line or in place of a vent tee when plumbing vent lines to maintain proper flow. And as a Multi Fittings product (see above), this one offers premium durability, ease of assembly, watertight seals and structural integrity.

Multi Fittings - 6" PVC Sewer 45° Wye H X H X H
A wye, similar in shape to a ‘Y’, is used for combining two lines into one horizontal line to maintain flow without causing clogs.

Multi Fittings - 4" PVC Sewer Cross H X H X H X H
Crosses, also known as four-way fittings or cross branch lines, have one inlet and three outlets (or vice versa). Sewer cross fittings may stress drain pipes as temperatures change, because they are at the center of four connection points – hence the need for the superior performance offered by Multi Fittings (see above).

Rain Bird - Drainage Pop-Up Relief Valve with 3" PVC Elbow
A pop-up water relief valve, also known as a pop-up drainage emitter, stays closed until there’s a buildup of hydrostatic pressure. As pipes fill and pressure increases, the cover on this valve “pops up” a half-an-inch to release excess water. Once the water’s out, the pressure drops and a stainless-steel spring retracts the cover to a closed, flush position.

The flush design of this model allows the valve to blend into its surroundings. Since the valve body is made of structurally foamed HDPE with a sun inhibitor, it also won’t break down from sun damage. This drain pipe relief valve accommodates vertical or horizontal installation. The PVC elbow, meanwhile, includes a quarter-inch drain hole to eliminate standing water.
