Tubing stakes are invaluable tools used to hold down supply tubing and position the attached drip irrigation emitter or other accessory close to your plant's root zone.
Rain Bird - Universal 1/4" Tubing Stake
- Holds ¼-inch distribution tubing and emitter or diffuser bug cap firmly in place at the root zone of the plant
- Designed to securely hold Rain Bird and other manufacturers' ¼-inch drip distribution tubing: 0.16-inch to 0.18-inch I.D. and 0.22-inch to 0.25-inch O.D.
- Rigid stake featuring a flat, enlarged head designed to withstand hammering into tough soil.

PVC risers for drip irrigation
Risers are essential tools typically used to support sprinklers, drip irrigation emitters, valves, backflow preventers, air vents and other accessories. A good riser allows you to fine tune the location of the drip emitters or micro-sprays while protecting them from damage. They’re usually made of durable PVC that’s rigid or flexible, depending on the application.
Hunter’s IH PVC Risers are a heavy-duty, vandal-resistant, commercial-grade answer to point source irrigation. Made of highly flexible PVC, IH Risers can be used below grade or at grade. Their brown color blends well into the surrounding landscape. Various configurations provide flexibility to fit your irrigation needs.

Operation indicators
How do you know if your drip irrigation system is working – or if it’s working at the optimal pressure? Operation indicators answer this question quickly with a visual sign of some kind – like a pop-up button or a flag ™ assuring you that the system’s running as it should. They’re real time, labor-and money savers!
Netafim - Operation Pressure Indicator
A flag raises on a tubing stake to indicate drip irrigation system operation, with just a minimum of 10 PSI operating pressure.
- Down flag position (closed): 4.5 PSI or lower
- Halfway flag position (45 degrees): 7 PSI
- Upright flag position (90 degrees or open): 10 PSI or higher
- Pre-assembled with indicator flag, anchoring stake, tubing and barb connector
Hunter’s Eco-Indicator is a robust irrigation tool that will indicate when the system is currently in operation. Once the pressure exceeds the threshold, the riser will pop up displaying a bright yellow or reclaimed purple stem
This commercial-grade accessory attaches to either a polyethylene stake or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) riser through a ½-inch NPT connection, thus avoiding ¼-inch tubing. This adds durability to the system that no other indicator can boast. When the system isn’t active, the Eco-Indicator will be in its retracted state and be flush to the ground.
