Online Ordering Shipping Policy


  • Standard Shipping - Ground – ETA 1-2 business days for the Midwest, 3-5 business days outside of the Midwest.
    • 2nd Day Air – 2 business days (end of day) – does not include Saturday or Sunday
    • Next Day Air – next business day (end of day) – does not include Saturday or Sunday
    • *If you need Saturday delivery please indicate in the order notes on the checkout screen and we will quote and update you with the additional fees.
    • NOTE: Due to COVID-19 you may experience shipping delays for all shipping methods, including guaranteed deliveries (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air). During this time, Reinders will not be issuing refunds if a guaranteed delivery method is chosen and isn't delivered in the requested time frame.
  • Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and hazmat variables.
  • If your order is placed before 12 pm CST, it will ship out same day, if your requested products are in stock. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Occasionally, you may receive the products that you ordered from different locations. You will not be charged for additional freight if your order ships from multiple locations.
  • You will receive a shipment notification when the product ships.
  • Your shipment must be sent to a valid street addresses; no shipments can be made to P.O. Boxes.
  • *Seasonal Lighting (Holiday Lighting) does ship outside of the U.S. 

Reinders Delivery

For Reinders account holders only

  • Delivery fees may apply at time of invoicing
  • If you choose Reinders Delivery and have special delivery instructions (need pallet jack/forklift/lift gate, need delivered to certain spot, etc..) please type these in the “Order Notes” section.
  • Reinders may choose to utilize outside carriers (LTL) to best service you.
