Sulfentrazone 4SC Select Herbicide is a soil-applied, selective flowable herbicide that provides fast and effective control of a broad spectrum of sedges, grassy weeds, and broadleaf weeds in both warm- and cool-season turfgrass. With 39.6% sulfentrazone, the same active ingredient and concentration as Dismiss® Turf Herbicide, this product delivers results within 24–48 hours and works both pre- and post-emergence. Ideal for commercial and residential turf, golf course fairways, athletic fields, and sod farms, Sulfentrazone 4SC Select is tough on weeds and gentle on established turfgrass.

Controls
Sulfentrazone 4SC Select controls or suppresses the following weed types:
- Grassy Weeds: Barnyardgrass, crabgrass (large & smooth), foxtail (green & yellow), goosegrass, annual ryegrass
- Broadleaf Weeds: Black medic, chickweed, clover, dollarweed, ground ivy, henbit, knotweed, pigweed, purslane, spurge, dandelion, kochia, wild violet
- Sedges: Yellow nutsedge, purple nutsedge, green and false green kyllinga, globe sedge, Texas sedge

Application & Use Rates
Apply as a broadcast treatment using a properly calibrated sprayer delivering at least 10 gallons of spray solution per acre. Best results occur when weeds are young and actively growing.
- Standard rate: 8–12 fl oz per acre
- Use higher rates on fine-textured soils or those with >2% organic matter
- For purple nutsedge: split applications totaling no more than 8 oz/A (cool-season) or 12 oz/A (warm-season)
Do not exceed 12 fl oz per acre in a 12-month period. Allow 35 days between applications. See label for complete application instructions and turf-specific rate restrictions.
Precautions
- Do not apply to putting greens or tees
- Do not apply to turf with less than 1% organic matter (sandy soils)
- Wear long-sleeved shirt, gloves, and eye protection when handling
- Observe a 12-hour reentry interval (REI)
