Terra-Mulch® Cellulose with Tacking Agent 3® is a fully biodegradable, Hydraulic Mulch (HM) composed of 70% Thermaly Processed Wood Fibers, 27% Cellulose Fiber and 3% Wetting Agents. The HM is free from plastic netting, and upon application forms an intimate bond with the soil surface to create a porous and absorbent layer that enhances germination and plant growth.
