This is a mixture of 70% of two elite varieties of chewings fescue and 30% of two elite varieties of Kentucky bluegrass. The mix is designed to produce an attractive turf that is durable, has good wear tolerance, and is good in shade conditions. It is ideal for golf course roughs, parks, sports fields, and home lawns.

Longfellow 3 chewings fescue is an endophyte enhanced variety that provides tolerance to surface feeding insects. It has especially high marks for disease resistance from NTEP data. It has a dark green color that blends well and will tolerate poorer soils. An elite varieties of chewings fescue is a dark green color with a very fine leaf texture. It is very winter hardy and adapts to low fertility and acid soils and shady conditions. It is endophyte enhanced and has very good to excellent ratings for disease resistance.

Granite Kentucky bluegrass is an elite variety that is very dark green, dense and fine leaved with exceptional turf quality and wear tolerance. It has very good to excellent ratings for disease resistance and has excellent drought and summer stress tolerance.

Mercury Kentucky bluegrass is a medium dark green color and performs well in shade or sun conditions. It has excellent disease resistance and good heat, drought, and wear tolerance.
