Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, CC where applicable

Orders may be picked up at our 10 branch locations throughout WI, IL and MN

We accept MC,VISA,DISCOVER and Company checks. Net 30 terms may be extended to approved accounts.

Return Policy

Return policy:

Due to the seasonal nature of this lighting product, no returns of product will be accepted after Dec.1 of the year it was purchased. Any product returned for reasons other than mfg. defect will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any product that appears used or is not in it's original packaging will not be accepted for return. All freight charges associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer. Please call us at 1-800-785-3301 ext.247 for return questions or return authorizations.

Warranty Information

Warranty statement:

All of our seasonal lighting products are either UL or CSA/US approved and are warranted against mfg. defects for 90 days from date of purchase. Some of the led products may have extended mfg. warranties. All of our seasonal lighting products (with the exception of the led retrofit bulbs) are not intended for permanent or year round, continuous use. The warranty is null and void if product is used or installed in a manner other than the manufacturer guidelines and recommendations. Product that has been cut or altered in any way will not be eligible for warranty. The warranty applies to product only and does not relate to the costs incurred for shipping fees or labor related fees for installation or removal of products.
