ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - MARKETING - SUSSEX, WI
Reinders, Inc., a leading distributor of turf and irrigation products throughout the Midwest, has a part-time opportunity for a Marketing Administrative Assistant(15-30 hours per week). This position offers a flexible work schedule. Hourly wage based upon experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibilities include:
Customer Database Management
- Enter new customer contact information in Customer Marketing Setup Prospect (CMSP)
- Update existing customer marketing records in CMSP
- Utilize websites, association membership directories, trade show registration lists and other sources to gather prospect contact information and enter in CMSP
- Maintain and update customer and prospect e-mail list for Reinders E-newsletters
Mail List Management
- Generate postal and e-mail lists for projects and promotions throughout the year
- Provide data analysis reports for postal and e-mail lists as requested
- Tabulate results of seasonal sales promotions
- Coordinate tradeshow booth and material shipping/storage
- Assist gather industry event information for Reinders customer desktop calendar
- Help maintain internal Reinders tradeshow/seminars/events calendar
- Assist produce marketing materials for Reinders seminars and events
As Needed Responsibilites Include:
- Basic layout and design of marketing materials including flyers, signs and brochures
- Assist with general office duties including filing, mailings, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Help gather & prep products for photo shoots
- Organize and maintain corporate graphics files
- Print sales support documents
- Help proofread company marketing materials
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The enthusiastic individual we seek will perform both administrative duties and marketing tasks, as well as help provide support to our Director of Marketing and sales team. Prior marketing experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience required
- Must be highly proficient usingMicrosoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and supplier partners
- Proofreading and grammar skills
