INTERNAL OPERATIONAL AUDITOR
Due to accelerating growth, Reinders, Inc., the Midwest’s largest turf and irrigation wholesale supplier, is seeking a qualified individual for a newly created entry level position. Located at the corporate office in Elm Grove, WI, this full time position offers a competitive salary and benefit package.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Document existing business procedures
- Recommend changes in business procedures
- Validate that approved business procedures are being followed
- Conducts training in business procedures to new hires and as procedures change from time-to-time
- Create financial, sales and operational reports
- Document and maintain catalog reports
- Develop and document coding schemes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BBA in Accounting or Business Information Systems Analysis and Design, or equivalent.
- Experience: First hand knowledge of business processes and hands-on experience creating reports from a database using tools such as SQL, Access, Crystal Reports, Brio/Hyperion, etc.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to the CFO
- Works closely with the IT Director in developing and implementing coding and reporting changes
- Contacts all levels of the organization to understand, document and provide training on procedures
