Please call any Reinders Equipment Service Center and we will be glad to mail or fax you information on the specific equipment you wish to have serviced. We can also set up a time for pick up of your equipment if you so desire. Remember that all of the programs we offer can be customized to fit your needs.

Toro recognizes distributors for outstanding customer service in the commercial product market. Jerry Kienast, of Reinders, Inc. received a Service Achievement Award for his accomplishments in service management. “This award is a given to a service manager who has exhibited exemplary progress in completion of the 2006 Distributor Partners in Excellence Program,” said Santosh Patel, director of customer care and field operations for the Toro commercial division. “Mr. Kienast has taken the initiative to implement and utilize best business practices with positive results relating to customer satisfaction and service profitability.
